Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy 

As we are a small independent ministry, we ship out physical products usually within 3 business days. But due to our ministry schedule, shipping may be delayed for some time.  We will use our best efforts to ensure prompt shipping. In addition, all shipping that is provided for "free" shall use the most inexpensive method possible to ship your order. Please note that we will not ship outside the USA with free shipping. Please contact us in our contact form to arrange to pay for intentional shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy 

Thank you for shopping at Rightly Divided. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we have established the following return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth experience.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it is considered non-returnable and non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and specifications before making a digital purchase.

Damaged or Broken Products: We understand that accidents can happen during shipping or that products may occasionally arrive damaged or broken. If you receive a damaged or broken physical product, please contact our customer service within 90 days of receiving the item. Instead of a return of the merchandise, We will accept proof of damage, such as photographs or a video with a detailed description. Once the damage is confirmed, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange for damaged or broken products, please contact our customer service team via our contact form or you can email us. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide instructions for returning the item. Please note that returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items: All physical merchandise is non-returnable. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for these products unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Processing Time and Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange within 30 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
